Ticket FAQs:

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available at our Box Office or you may visit our Events Page to purchase tickets from our authorized ticket-selling agent of Crypto.com Arena. Crypto.com Arena cannot be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source and will not honor counterfeit and other invalid tickets.

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Children 3 years of age and older require a ticket to enter the arena and must occupy their ticketed seat only. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy. Please see the specific event page or contact Guest Services for further information.

I have my tickets already; which entrance do I use?

Main Entrances are available to all ticketed guests, and are in the following locations:

  • 11th Street Entry: Corner of Chick Hearn Ct. (11th St.) and Georgia St.
  • Star Plaza Entry: Corner of Chick Hearn Ct. (11th St.) and Figueroa St. (between the Box Office and Team LA Store)
  • Figueroa Entry: Corner of 12th St. and Figueroa St.

VIP Entrances are available exclusively to Private Suite and Premier Seat ticket holders, and are in the following locations:

  • Star Plaza VIP Entry: Corner of Chick Hearn Ct. (11th St.) and Figueroa St. (next to the Team LA Store)
  • Southwest VIP Entry: Between 11th Street and Figueroa Entrances (next to the Los Angeles Convention Center)

Transportation FAQs:

Can I take public transportation to Crypto.com Arena?

Yes! Crypto.com Arena is blocks from the A and B Lines. Please see our Public Transportation Page for details on public transportation options.

What is the closest parking lot?

Please see our Getting Here Page for details on public transportation and parking. For advance parking for an event, please visit our Events Page.

Do I need to print my parking pass in advance?

A digital parking pass must be presented at the gate to gain entry. Confirmations and receipts on your phone will not be accepted for entry.

If I am not driving, where is the best place to be dropped off?

​​​​Please obey all posted signs when dropping off and be aware that LAPD will enforce the "No Stopping" signs posted throughout the district. There are areas designated for drop-off and pick-up. Taxis, Buses and Limousines must drop-off and pick-up passengers in these designated areas. The pick-up/drop-off areas are:

  • The white zone on Chick Hearn Ct. (Eastbound) between L.A. Live Way and Georgia St.
  • The white zone on Figueroa St. (Southbound) between 12th St and Pico.

What is your sign policy?

Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, Crypto.com Arena welcomes guests bringing small signs, banners, posters, and flags inside the building to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:

  • Item must be related to the event
  • Item may not be attached to a stick/pole
  • Item may not be larger than 11" x 17" in dimension
  • Item may not obstruct any sponsor/advertiser signage
  • Item may not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building
  • Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by Crypto.com Arena management
  • Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by Crypto.com Arena management

Are bags allowed inside Crypto.com Arena?

  • Bags, backpacks, purses, totes, clear bags, fanny packs, and camera bags are not allowed.
  • Small clutches and wallets smaller than 5” x 9” x 1” are permitted and are subject to security inspection.
  • Medical and parental bags smaller than 14” x 14” x 6” are required to go through an X-Ray machine security screening. Please see a Guest Services team member on site for direction to the nearest screening entry.

Are cameras allowed inside Crypto.com Arena?

Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). However, for some events, at the request of the artist/performer/team, cameras of any type may be prohibited. Video recording devices, audio recording devices, Go Pro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside Crypto.com Arena at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced, and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.

I have special dietary restrictions. Can I bring my own food or beverages inside Crypto.com Arena?

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the arena. Crypto.com Arena is proud to offer Kosher and Gluten-free food options. Please see our Food & Drink Page for more information. Unopened plastic water bottles, one liter or smaller are permitted (one per person).

Event FAQs:

Does Crypto.com Arena offer wheelchair escorts?

Yes! Guest Services provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests when requested. Escorts are available at any entrance or guests may make escort arrangements by contacting Guest Services at (213) 742-7FAN (326) when arriving to the venue. When do the doors open for an event?

Door opening times for Crypto.com Arena events will vary according to each event. Please visit the specific event page for details.

How can I get a birthday/anniversary message on the video board?

All message requests must be processed through the individual teams for that particular event. Please contact the team through their website.

Where is the Centurion Suite located?

The Centurion Suite is conveniently located on Suite Level B. After entering Crypto.com Arena from any main entrance, Card Members can proceed to the Centurion Suite check-in, located on the Main Concourse across from aisle M22 (next to the Team LA Store).

Here, a Guest Services Team Member will assist in checking in all Card Members on a first-come, first-served basis until The Centurion Suite has reached maximum capacity.

Once you've been checked in, simply take the stairs or the elevator to Suite Level B. If taking the elevator, The Centurion Suite will be located through the brown double doors to your right once you reach Suite Level B. Otherwise, proceed to your left at the top of the stairs. The entrance to The Centurion Suite will be located on your right-hand side.

Where can I smoke inside Crypto.com Arena?

Crypto.com Arena is a smoke-free venue. Smoking is not permitted in the arena at any time, including all outdoor patios and terraces.

Am I allowed to leave the venue and come back?

Yes. Guests who need to leave the venue and return must first make contact with a Guest Services Team Member to have their ticket scanned so they can re-enter with a valid ticket. Upon return, guests repeat the security screening and ticket scanning process to re-enter the venue.

Is there a Lost and Found at Crypto.com Arena?

Yes! All lost and found items are taken to Guest Services. To inquire about a lost item please contact Guest Services with a description of the item and the date it was lost.

Is there someplace close to eat or to get a drink before/after a Crypto.com Arena event?

Is there a designated public forum space?

The following areas are public fora in accordance with LA Sports and Entertainment District Specific Plan (City Ordinance No. 174,224 as amended by Ordinances No. 178,134, No. 179,413, and 181,334 (“Ordinance”)) and members of the public may exercise their rights of free speech and free expression, subject to time, place, and manner restrictions: (i) Peacock Place; (ii) Chick Hearn Court (when closed to traffic); (iii) the Chick Hearn Sidewalks (i.e., the public sidewalks and private setback areas located on each of the north and south sides of Chick Hearn Ct., sidewalks on the west side of Figueroa St. with a total width of up to twenty three feet (23”)(consisting of a fifteen foot (15’) wide sidewalk and eight foot (8’) wide private setback area), provided that the Chick Hearn Sidewalks are narrower than twenty three feet (23’) wide from the curb in certain locations due to the placement of building structures (including the Crypto.com Arena and Peacock Theater) as well as stairs and other structures (e.g., statues)) and (iv) Figueroa West Sidewalk (i.e., the public sidewalk and private setback area located on the west side of S. Figueroa St., between 12st Street and Chick Hearn Ct. (consisting of 15’ sidewalk and 5.78’ private setback, which widens to a total width of 23’ in places)).
